Dr Leaks will accurately assess your leak and is capable of performing a wide range of repairs on your home and finally restoring the interior finish to it’s original state.

With our 25 years of experience in the construction industry, we have developed the knowledge and hands-on expertise needed to deliver the desired results in a timely fashion.
Phase 1
Consultation
During this virtual or in-person consultation, our field team will take a complete history of your leak, take a few photos, and explain our approach to finally resolving your leak through our leak detection process. It’s a good option for folks who aren’t sure if recent repairs have been fully effective or don’t know the best path forward with their situation.
Phase 2
Leak Detection Phase
During our leak detection phase, our leak team will do a thorough exterior inspection of your home and will identify possible entry points for water. From there they will reproduce the leak and possibly cut open an interior viewable area as well. This process allows us to replicate your leak and then create a fully customized list of repair options to fit your needs. You will need to be present for this work. After the leak detection, we will generate a leak report within approximately 14 business days. This leak report will act as your estimate for the repairs needed to get your home watertight.
Phase 3
Repair Phase
We have our own in-house repair team capable of handling the majority of your leak repairs. We can repair roofs, plumbing, stucco, windows, pilot-house doors, chimneys, sliding doors, decks, and more!
Phase 4
Cosmetic Repairs
Once your leak is fully resolved, we are able to complete any interior cosmetic repairs (drywall, painting, etc.). We highly suggest a waiting period of a few weather events that would have traditionally elicited the leak, to allow for the maximum amount of natural leak detection.

We had a mystery leak in the corner of our front bedroom, near our chimney. We had four or five contractors look at it, but no one seemed to know the source. We ended up replacing our chimney liner for our furnace and repairing the water-damaged wall, but then more water damage appeared. I finally called Dr. Leaks. Alex did a very thorough investigation, including opening up the wall and the ceiling, and advised me that we had likely repaired the wall before it was fully dried out. It looks like the leak never happened! His team also did some roof and chimney maintenance to ensure that no water came in that way. Alex is very good at explaining the investigation. I have a lot of peace of mind knowing that his investigation was so thorough.

Professional and honest. They helped diagnose a slow leak scenario where it was completely unclear if the issue was with the roof, or with some plumbing (it was the plumbing). Their business model of working backwards from the leak works really well for this type of problem, as if we had simply hired a roofer it wouldn't have fixed what was the actual cause of the problem, and if we had just hired a plumber they may have missed other issues, and the fix for the plumbing issue falls more under carpentry than plumbing overall. The team diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly and restored the area of the ceiling that had to be disturbed in order to fix the leak, all in a single day. Would use again, would recommend.
